Termination

Either party may terminate the consultancy services upon written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable period. Upon termination, you agree to pay for any services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, or our consultancy services, shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
